Shah Financial Services is an AMFI Registered Mutual Fund Distributor (ARN-173086) and an APMI Registered PMS Distributor (APRN04142). We facilitate distribution of mutual fund schemes and Portfolio Management Service (PMS) products offered by SEBI-registered Asset Management Companies and Portfolio Managers respectively. We are NOT a SEBI Registered Investment Adviser under the SEBI (Investment Advisers) Regulations, 2013. We do not provide personalized investment advice, financial planning, or portfolio management services. Any information or assistance provided is in our capacity as a distributor and should not be construed as investment advice.

3. No Assured Returns

Shah Financial Services does not guarantee or assure any returns on mutual fund or PMS investments. All investments are subject to market risks. Past performance of any scheme or strategy is not indicative of future results. Investors must read all scheme-related documents carefully before investing.

4. Risk Factors

Mutual Fund Investments: Mutual Fund investments are subject to market risks. Please read the scheme information and other related documents carefully before investing. Past performance is not indicative of future returns.

PMS Investments: Portfolio Management Services are subject to market risks. PMS investments require a minimum investment threshold as prescribed by SEBI. Past performance of a PMS strategy is not indicative of future returns. PMS investors should carefully read the Disclosure Document of the PMS provider before investing.

General: The value of investments and income from them may fluctuate and investors may not receive back the amount originally invested. Specific investment decisions must be made based on individual risk profile, investment horizon, and financial goals.

5. Commission & Compensation

Shah Financial Services receives commission/trail fee from Asset Management Companies for distribution of mutual fund schemes. The commission rates are disclosed on our Commission Disclosure page. Shah Financial Services may also receive distribution fees from PMS providers for PMS distribution. We do not charge any fees directly to investors for mutual fund distribution services beyond the standard SEBI-prescribed transaction charges (where applicable).

6. User Obligations

By using this website you agree to:
